Let’s talk.No deck. No pitch.

Tell us a little about your business and what you’re trying to fix. We’ll write back — usually within a business day — with a real, specific answer.

i.

Three ways to reach us.

EMAIL

hello@virtucom.net

Goes directly to Marz. No SDR layer.

LOCATION

Cottage Grove, Oregon

Pacific Northwest HQ. Clients across the US.

HOURS

Mon – Fri · 9am – 5pm PT

After-hours emergency support on Business and Executive plans.

“We don’t do qualification calls. If you’ve made it to this page, you’re qualified.”

— Marz

SEND A NOTE

Tell us what you’re working on.

Two sentences is enough — what your business does and what you want to be different in 90 days. We’ll take it from there.

    ii.

    What happens after you send.

We read it (Marz, personally, usually within the same business day). If we have follow-up questions, we ask them in a single email — not a sequence of automated drips. If we have a clear answer, you get it.

If it looks like a fit, we propose a 30-minute discovery call — not a demo, not a pitch. Just a conversation about what you need and what we’d ship for you.

    EMAIL ROUTING

What “no SDR layer” actually means

Most B2B service companies route inbound email through a sales-development-representative (SDR) layer. Your message goes to a junior salesperson whose job is to qualify you, schedule a call with someone more senior if you pass, and otherwise put you in an email drip sequence. The founder doesn’t see the email until you’ve been pre-screened.

We don’t do that. hello@virtucom.net goes to Marz directly. The reply you get back is from the person who decides what gets built. If we can’t help, we’ll tell you that — and ideally point you somewhere that can.

    GEOGRAPHIC SPREAD

    HQ in Oregon, clients everywhere

We’re headquartered in Cottage Grove, Oregon, but the work is fully remote. Active clients are spread across Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, California, and a handful of others.

Time zones aren’t typically a constraint — the automation runs around the clock, and the human work happens during PT business hours. Emergency response (Business and Executive plans) covers any time zone.

    EMERGENCY SUPPORT

    What counts as an emergency

Site is down. Email is bouncing. A scheduled campaign sent the wrong content. A negative review went viral and needs an immediate response. The kinds of things you can’t wait until Monday for.

Business and Executive plans include after-hours emergency response — usually a real human reply within an hour, even on weekends. Lower tiers get next-business-day response, which is sufficient for the things lower-tier sites typically face.

    THE DISCOVERY CALL

    30 minutes, no slide deck

If your initial email looks like a potential fit, we’ll propose a 30-minute video or phone call. The agenda:

    1. You walk us through your business and what you’re trying to fix (10 min)
    2. We tell you what we’d ship and roughly what it would cost (10 min)
    3. We answer questions (10 min)

No slide deck. No SDR follow-up sequence. If you decide to move forward, we send a one-page proposal within 48 hours. If you don’t, we’ll point you toward a vendor we think would fit better.
