THE FORM

“Confine yourself to the present.”
Marcus Aurelius
Two sentences is enough: what your business does and what you want to be different in 90 days. We’ll take it from there.

We read it (Marz, personally, usually within the same business day). If we have follow-up questions, we ask them in a single email rather than a sequence of automated drips. If we have a clear answer, you get it.
If it looks like a fit, we propose a 30-minute discovery call, not a demo, not a pitch. Just a conversation about what you need and what we’d ship for you.

What you send through the form arrives with Marz. It is not queued for someone whose job is to decide whether you are worth passing along, and it does not start a drip sequence. The reply you get back is from the person who decides what gets built. If we can’t help, we will tell you that, and point you somewhere that can.
We’re headquartered in Cottage Grove, Oregon, but the work is fully remote. Active clients are spread across Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, California, and a handful of others.
Time zones aren’t typically a constraint, the automation runs around the clock, and the human work happens during PT business hours. Emergency response (Business and Executive plans) covers any time zone.
Site is down. Email is bouncing. A scheduled campaign sent the wrong content. A negative review went viral and needs an immediate response. The kinds of things you can’t wait until Monday for.
After-hours emergency response is included on Business and Executive plans. Other plans are handled in business hours.
If your initial email looks like a potential fit, we’ll propose a 30-minute video or phone call. The agenda:
No slide deck, and no follow-up sequence. If you decide to move forward, we send a one-page proposal. If you don’t, we’ll point you toward a vendor we think would fit better.
Three questions about how the business runs today, and a plain answer about what we would change, if anything.
