Industries

Every sector runs on the same foundation and wins on something different.

Every business we run needs the same underlying things. Hosting that holds up, email that reaches the inbox, a site that looks current, somebody answering questions, reviews handled. What changes by sector is which of those actually decides whether you win the customer.

A hotel lives or dies on reviews and local search. A senior living community lives on what happens when a family researches you at eleven at night. A startup needs to look established before it is. Selling all of them the same package would be lazy, so we do not.

The sectors we work in

Navy and sage forms representing a front desk reduced to its essentials.

Hospitality

Your flag runs the booking and gives you nothing local. We run the local layer, social, search, reviews and guest questions, and never touch the reservation stack.

Ordered navy and sage forms representing calm, organised operations.

Senior Living

Independent living, assisted living and memory care communities, single sites and operators with several. Families research late and compare several places at once; the website, the reviews, the listings and who answers decide the call.

A small arrangement of navy and sage forms representing a compact operation kept in order.

Small Business

Seven bills and nobody responsible is the usual arrangement. One team, one bill, and a single point of accountability when something breaks at ten on a Friday.

Ascending navy forms representing early growth.

Startups

Look established before you are, without spending founder time assembling it or paying for a marketing program before you know what you are selling. Start at the bottom of the ladder on infrastructure that is yours from day one.

Something Different?

Plenty of what we run is not in a sector we have written a page about. Tell us what the business actually is and we will tell you straight whether we are the right fit for it.
