Small Business

You did not start this to become an IT department.

Somewhere along the way the website needed updating, the email stopped working properly, someone said you should be posting more, and a customer asked a question you did not see for three days. None of it is your actual job, and all of it lands on you anyway.

This is the plainest version of what we do. You keep running the business. We run the part that keeps the business findable, reachable and open looking.

One navy block on a base beside two smaller sage blocks, representing a small operation kept in order.

The usual arrangement is seven bills and nobody responsible

A hosting company, a domain registrar, an email provider, a social scheduler, a review tool, whoever built the site three years ago, and a freelancer who answers sometimes. When something breaks at ten on a Friday, every one of them says it is somebody else.

You will never need to worry about going to several places to get things done. One bill, one team, and a single point of accountability when something needs fixing.

What we run for you

Your site, hosted properly

On our own dedicated server, off the public shared pools , backed up nightly, patched and scanned without you thinking about it.

Questions owners ask us

We are small. Is this overkill?

Sometimes yes, and we will say so. The entry tier exists precisely for businesses that need a credible front door and working email and nothing more, and you only pay for the pieces you take. If somebody is trying to sell you a full marketing program when you have four customers a week, they are selling rather than advising.

What if we already have a website we like?

Then we keep it. Plenty of clients come to us with a site that works fine and simply needs somebody responsible for it. Rebuilding is a choice, not a requirement. However we do recommend WordPress and self custody.

Do we lose control of anything?

No. Your domain and DNS stay in your name, the site is open source software you own, and your email accounts are yours. If you ever leave we hand you a full export and help you move. Most clients stay, and the ones who go, go with everything.

What happens when something breaks?

You contact one team, and that team is responsible for sorting it regardless of which piece failed. That is most of what you are buying: not having to work out whose fault it is.

How much of our time does this take?

A conversation at the start, then very little. The whole point is that it runs without you in the loop, and you hear from us when something needs your decision rather than for status updates.

One bill and one team to call.

Tell us where your business actually is and we will tell you which tier fits, including when a cheaper one would serve you better.
