Managed Digital Services for Senior Living

Your senior community has enough to manage. Its digital operations should not be one more thing.

Virtucom manages the websites, reviews, listings, content, communications and digital tools that keep independent living, assisted living and memory care communities visible, credible and consistent. One partner, one operating standard, and one place to turn when something needs attention.

Families research a community at eleven at night, usually after a hard conversation, usually comparing three or four places at once. What they find outside your business hours decides whether you get the call.

The gap is almost always the same three things

The website reads like a brochure from a decade ago, so it loses to a competitor that simply looks current. Nothing answers the questions families actually have, so they leave to find them somewhere else. And an inquiry at eleven at night waits until morning, by which point they have already spoken to somebody who answered.

None of that is a staffing problem. It is an operating hours problem, and it is the kind of thing that can be handled without adding a person to the payroll.

What we run for you

A site families trust on sight

Clean, current, readable on a phone at midnight, with the practical answers people actually search for. Pricing questions, levels of care, what is included, what happens next.

Questions owners ask us

Is an automated assistant appropriate for our families?

It is if it behaves properly, which means answering only from what you approved and handing over to a person the moment a question needs judgment. Nobody should be arguing with a machine about their mother. Used that way, it is the difference between an inquiry captured at eleven at night and one lost to the community that answered first.

We already have a website. Does it need replacing?

Not necessarily. Plenty of communities need the presence around the site fixed rather than the site itself. We will look at what you have and tell you honestly whether it needs rebuilding or just needs the rest of the work done around it.

Who updates it when our rates or availability change?

You can, through a simple control panel, or you tell us and we handle it inside your plan. Nothing about this requires you to learn software or wait on a developer.

How do you handle inquiries about care levels and pricing?

Carefully. Those answers come from material you have approved, and anything sensitive routes to a person rather than being answered automatically. Getting this wrong is worse than saying less, so we set the boundaries with you during setup.

Can you show us a working example?

Yes. We built a full community site as a working reference, with the assistant and the after hours line both live on it, so you can use it exactly the way a family would before deciding anything. It is at retirementboise.com.

Is any of this HIPAA territory?

We are not certified for protected health information and we do not store it. The assistant answers general questions from your approved material; anything about a specific resident or their care is handed to your team, and the private feedback channel is not a place for health details either. Those boundaries are set with you during setup, before anything goes live.

Is this managed IT?

No. We manage the digital operation: the website, reviews, listings, content, social, communications, and the domains, email and digital assets behind them. We do not run your network or endpoints, your nurse-call or clinical systems, or a help desk for staff devices, and we do not hold health information. If you need that layer, we will say so and stay in our lane.

We run several communities. Does each get its own?

Yes. Each community gets its own site, its own assistant on its own material, its own phone line, its own review profile and its own reporting, with brand rules and the security baseline held centrally. One goes first so you can judge the standard on something real. How that rollout runs is on multi-location.
