Infra

Your website deserves it’s own address, not a shared one.

Most sites run on shared hosting, which means one server, hundreds of strangers. A noisy neighbor slows your load times, tanks your email deliverability, or takes the whole box down for a day. None of that is under your control, and none of it is your fault, but it’s your problem.

Virtucom clients don’t share. Your site runs on our own dedicated server with our own IP addresses . Your page speed is yours. Your sender reputation is yours. A neighbor's bad week stays their problem, not yours.

Backups, patching, security scanning, and SSL are handled on a set maintenance schedule never at random, and monitored around the clock. When something needs attention, we typically catch it before you do.

Infrastructure should be the one part of your marketing you never have to think about.

The four pieces

Each one has its own page, because each is a different job.

Piece What it covers From
Dedicated hosting Our own dedicated server and IP addresses instead of a public shared pool Basic
Secure email 25GB mailboxes at your domain, off the shared deliverability pools Basic
Domains and DNS Registered in your name, renewals watched, records managed All plans
Backups and security Hardening, patching, scanning, and nightly off-machine backups All plans

It is yours, and it stays yours

Registered in your name and owned outright; yours to take with you if you ever leave. We operate it; you own it . Most of what runs on this infrastructure is automation following fixed, repeatable steps , which is a big part of why the monthly cost stays where it is.

What is not included.

Custom application hosting, unscoped compliance regimes and card-data custody. See the full list and what to do if you need one of these on managed services page.

For questions specific to each piece of the infrastructure, visit its own page: hosting, email, domains and DNS, backups and security.

When something breaks

It will, eventually. What matters is who finds out first, and what state the recovery starts from.

Our infrastructure is monitored continuously, with checks just minutes apart, and the alerts come to us, not you. Backups run nightly and are stored off the machine they came from . Escalation goes to a named person, and the fix addresses the step that allowed the failure in the first place. How each of these works, and what a restore actually looks like, is covered on backups and security.

Duplicate navy forms linked together, representing a second copy held elsewhere.

Infrastructure is the part you should never have to think about.

Tell us what you're running on now, and we'll tell you whether moving makes sense, including when it doesn't.
