Reviews and Reputation Management

Reviews and reputation, run as one loop.

Every customer asked the same way. The platforms your sector actually uses, watched. Every review answered in your voice, after you approve it. One dashboard, and reporting per location. The judgment calls stay yours; the watching and the writing do not .

The loop

Four steps, repeated for every customer and every review.

  1. AskEvery customer gets the identical invitation to review you publicly, at the moment it matters, with a private channel alongside for problems .
  2. WatchNew reviews on the platforms your sector uses are picked up as they appear. Nothing sits unanswered because nobody checked.
  3. AnswerEach review arrives with a reply drafted in your voice, specific to what the customer wrote. You approve, edit or rewrite; nothing is sent without you .
  4. ReportEvery review, reply and alert in one feed, per location, so the site with a problem is visible before its score moves .

What we watch, by sector

Google, TripAdvisor and Facebook

The three places a traveler reads before booking, watched for you, every review answered. Reviews left inside the booking sites stay with the property, and Arias drafts the reply when you paste one in.

Straight facts

  • Every customer receives the identical public review invitation. No routing by mood.
  • Hospitality: Google, TripAdvisor and Facebook are watched. Booking-site reviews stay with the property.
  • Replies are drafts until you approve them. Nothing is sent under your name automatically.
  • A problem raised privately reaches your manager the same day.
  • Portfolios get per-location reporting, not one blended score.
  • Included from the Business plan. See service plans.

Questions owners ask us

Do you answer reviews on Booking.com and Expedia?

Those arrive inside the OTA extranet, so the property answers them there. Paste one into Arias and you get a drafted reply in your voice in seconds; GuestNet watches the public platforms, Google, TripAdvisor and Facebook.

What if a review is unfair, or false?

We draft the calm, specific reply that future readers judge you on, and we walk you through the platform’s own process for flagging a review that breaks its rules. What we never do is argue with a guest in public or ask a platform to remove a review for being unflattering.

How fast do replies go out?

A new review is picked up as it appears and a draft is waiting in your dashboard. The send is yours. Most owners approve from their phone in a minute or two, and most settle into approving drafts untouched within a couple of weeks.

Can we filter who gets asked?

No, and no honest service can. Every customer gets the identical public invitation; the private channel is offered to everyone in addition. Steering by mood is called review gating and the platforms and consumer rules prohibit it.

Request a reputation review.

Before anyone talks about plans, we look at how you are being reviewed and answered today and send you what we found. No signup, no pitch.

  • Review volume, rating trend and unanswered reviews on the platforms your sector uses
  • Response rate and how the current replies read
  • Google Business Profile accuracy and photos
  • Directory consistency: the same name, address, hours and phone everywhere
  • Gaps in the invitation path: who is asked, when, and who never is
  • How that compares with two or three businesses near you
