A human managing your tech

You probably already have something in place. What is missing is somebody whose job it is to run all of it and keep it current: site, email, domains, publishing, reviews, security, one team since 2012, for about what a single app subscription costs. One monthly fee. Everything handled.

What we run for you

More on how this is run:

Your Domains and DNS

Registered in your name, renewals watched so nothing lapses quietly, records managed for you. We operate them. We do not hold them hostage .

Marketing Communications

Publishing, articles, review invitations and replies, and first-line answers to customer questions in chat and by phone. It works better sitting on top of everything above.

Publishing that keeps happening whether or not anyone remembers.

Your own server, email at your domain, domains in your name, backups off the machine.

Somebody answers, at any hour, from your own material.

What holds the pieces together, and what each plan carries.

Typical Onboarding

Thirty days, and most of your part is in the first two weeks.

  1. Before you payA free search and AI-visibility audit of your current site. If it says you are in decent shape, we say so.
  2. We start from your own materialWe read everything you already have: site, posts, policies, rate sheet, the way you answer the phone. Your voice is built from your own material.
  3. You approve the voiceYou approve it on sample posts, articles and replies. Nothing publishes before that.
  4. A person stays in the loopWork runs with a person reviewing it, and anything about a customer is drafted for your approval rather than sent on its own.

The checks every piece clears

  • It has to sound like you. Generic gets rejected, not posted.
  • It cannot repeat itself. Every item is checked against what has already gone out.
  • Images never claim things that are not true. Your premises are your photos.
  • If a check cannot run, nothing publishes.
  • Anything about a person waits for a person. Replies are drafted, never auto-sent.

Automation does the repetitive work. People make the judgment calls. How the checks are run is on intelligence.

You keep control of all of it

The domain is registered in your name, the site is software you own, the mailboxes are your accounts, and if you leave you take everything. What we hold about your customers is written down, kept only as long as the job needs it, and never sold: the privacy commitment.

Questions owners ask us

How much of my time does this actually take?

Most of it lands in the first two weeks, and it is mainly you reacting to samples rather than producing anything. After the voice is approved, most clients spend a few minutes a week skimming and occasionally editing. If a plan needs more than that from you on an ongoing basis, we have scoped it wrong.

Is a person actually involved, or is this all automated?

Both, deliberately. The recurring work runs on schedule because software does not forget. The judgment calls, the escalations, the review replies and anything unusual go to a person. The automation exists so that the humans spend their time on the parts that need a human.

What is not included?

Paid ad management, custom application development, anything needing a compliance regime we have not scoped with you, and anything requiring us to take custody of card data. If that is what you need, we will say so in the first conversation rather than three weeks in.

The work happens whether or not you remember it.

That is the entire product. Tell us what you are running now and you will get a straight answer about what we would change.
