Find a Tier that Fits.

Four flexible managed plans designed to meet your business needs. Choose the fit that matches your business setup. Scale up seamlessly as your business evolves.

Managed Service

Think of us as your full-time digital tech team backed by 20 years of experience; working behind the scenes for about what you’d spend on a single app subscription.

Our plans are broken down to clearly outline what we offer so you can easily find the right match for your business goals. Plus, we rely on smart, standardized processes whenever possible. That means solid, predictable performance for you and stable prices that won't surprise you.

Which Tier Fits Your Business?

Focus on what your business needs right now. Choose the tier that matches your needs, not just the one with the most features and checked boxes.

When you run the whole show, your site has to work hard independently. The Assurance Plan keeps your website live, secure, and monitored 24/7. It includes custom domain email and automated visitor communication, keeping your presence running smoothly without adding extra items to your to-do list.

*You aren't locked into buying the whole ladder. If you only want individual features, your quote covers what you choose. These tiers represent flexible shapes, not fixed checkouts.

Four navy platforms of ascending height with the third stepped forward and capped in sage, representing a ladder of plans with one recommended.

Why is it Tiered?

If everything is an emergency, nothing is an emergency. A queue where every request is top priority serves the loudest client and falls short for the rest, so we prioritize work by urgency level and by the response level a plan offers. That's the trade-off and we would rather state it than surprise you.

It works because most responses never need to be queued in the first place. Standard questions are answered as they arrive, which keeps our team free for issues that require a person .

Frequently asked questions

What if what I need changes?

Businesses change, and the plan is meant to reflect what you actually need rather than what you needed a year ago. We review the fit with you as things move and adjust the scope by agreement. We would rather right-size it than have you paying for something you are not using as their needs change.

Do I own my website and content?

Completely. The site is open-source software; the files, posts, images and mailboxes are yours, and if you leave you take everything. What we will and will not do with any of it is written down in the privacy commitment.

What makes your hosting different from the cheap plans?

Our own dedicated server and IP addresses instead of a public shared pool, which is better for deliverability, for search and for security, with no upsell pop-ups, no surprise renewal pricing and no data harvesting. The detail is on the hosting page.

How do the terms work?

Terms are set in the service agreement we scope together, and we walk you through the whole thing before you sign anything. Nothing in it is a surprise and nothing in it is designed to trap you.

What about email privacy?

Paid, business-grade email, never ad-supported: your inbox is not scanned and your contact list is yours. More on the email page.

Do you work with my existing site, or do I have to rebuild?

Both. If your current site is on WordPress and reasonably built, we migrate it onto our infrastructure as-is. If it is on a site builder or a custom CMS, the Business and Executive plans include a rebuild on WordPress.

The firm, the history and the client record are at Marz Innovations.

Not sure which tier fits?

Tell us about your business, and we'll find the tier that best suits your setup.

Want to talk about it?

It goes to the person who will run your account, not to a sales desk. Say where the business is and what you want different, and you get a real answer.
