GuestNet

More reviews from real guests, answered faster than a busy inbox allows.

GuestNet asks every guest how their stay went, and gives every one of them, without exception, the same easy path to a public review. Alongside that invitation, a private feedback channel makes sure a mention of a slow check-in or a squeaky door reaches your manager the same day, with an on-brand reply already drafted and waiting for your approval.

It's reputation care done the honest way: more of your real guests actually asked, every response answered faster, and no piece of feedback lost in a busy inbox.

Start inviting reviews

How it works

Four steps, set up in a day.

  1. We connect your propertiesGoogle profiles synced, the post-checkout ask configured, printed QR and NFC cards delivered for the front desk, the reply voice calibrated to how you already answer.
  2. Every guest gets the same invitationHow was your stay, one tap, and the identical public review invitation for everyone. A private channel runs alongside, never instead.
  3. Feedback and reviews arrive with a reply draftedA problem reaches your manager the same day. A new public review arrives with a response written in your voice, specific to what the guest said.
  4. You approveRead, edit a word if you want, send. Nothing is published on your behalf without that step, and the send button is always yours.

See it in action

A guest writes, "Lovely room, but check-in was slow on Friday." Like every guest, she receives the same invitation to post a public review. At the same moment, her comment triggers a private alert to the front-desk manager, who replies within the hour, apologizes, and fixes the Friday staffing gap. When her review does appear, a thoughtful drafted response is already waiting for approval.

The rave that would have stayed at the breakfast table

A family gushes about breakfast on the checkout form. They get exactly the same public review invitation as everyone else, and because they were asked at the right moment, with one-tap simplicity, they actually follow through. Their five sentences about the pancakes now greet every traveler comparing you to the place down the street. Most happy guests never think to review on their own; GuestNet's job is simply to ask everyone, well, at the moment it matters.

The Sunday-night one-star

A tough review about noise lands late on a Sunday. GuestNet alerts you immediately and has a calm, specific reply drafted before Monday coffee, acknowledging the issue, explaining the fix, and inviting the guest back. Future travelers reading that exchange don't just see a complaint; they see a business that listens and responds. That's often worth more than another five-star.

A closer look at GuestNet

What it does day to day

Once GuestNet is live, the daily rhythm is simple. Guests check out; GuestNet reaches each of them with a short, friendly ask, how was your stay? Every response is captured in one place. Every guest, regardless of what they said, is then guided to the same public review page for your business. New public reviews on your profiles are picked up as they appear , and for each one GuestNet drafts a response in your voice, specific to what the guest actually wrote, never a canned "thanks for your feedback." Your part of the job shrinks to a few minutes a day: read, approve, occasionally tweak a word.

What changes at the front desk

Every guest gets asked. Every response gets answered. Nothing gets missed.

Straight facts

  • Every guest receives the identical public review invitation. No routing by mood, no incentives, nothing the platforms or the consumer rules forbid.
  • A private channel routes a problem to your manager the same day, alongside the public invitation, never instead of it.
  • New public reviews are picked up as they appear and arrive with a reply drafted in your voice, specific to what the guest wrote.
  • Replies are drafts until you approve them. The send button is always yours.
  • For branded properties, nothing here touches the reservation stack or crosses brand standards, and we will say so when a vendor would.
  • Portfolios get the same standard at every location, with per-location reporting rather than one blended score.
  • Review replies are part of the plan from Business, not a separate product bought later.
  • The printed QR cards are tracked: scans, feedback and review taps, split by outlet, and a tap is counted as intent, never claimed as a posted review.

More reviews

All of your guests get invited at the moment they're most likely to follow through, not just the few who go looking for a review page on their own.

Faster responses

New reviews and feedback arrive with a reply already drafted, so answering takes minutes instead of lingering for days.

Never miss feedback

A comment about a broken lamp or a slow check-in raises an alert the same day it's written, while there's still time to make it right.

Replies in your voice

On-brand, specific responses ready to approve, never generic, never sent without you.

One place for it all

Feedback, reviews, drafts, and alerts in a single dashboard instead of five tabs and two inboxes.

Questions owners ask us

Can you filter out bad reviews?

No, and no honest service can. Steering happy customers toward public review sites while diverting unhappy ones to a private inbox is called review gating, and it's prohibited by the major review platforms' policies and by FTC consumer-protection rules. Businesses caught gating can have reviews stripped from their profiles and face regulatory penalties. GuestNet gives every guest the identical public review invitation; the private feedback channel is offered to everyone in addition, never instead. That design is what protects you: your reviews stay up, your profile stays in good standing, and readers can trust what they see, which is exactly why your good reviews carry weight.

How long does setup take?

About a day. We configure your properties, connect your Google profiles, set up the post-checkout email, and deliver the QR and NFC materials for your front desk. We tune the reply drafting to your voice, then run a quick end-to-end test with you before anything reaches a real guest.

Do replies go out automatically?

No. Every reply is a draft until you approve it. You can approve as-is, edit a line, or rewrite entirely. Many owners settle into approving most drafts untouched within a couple of weeks, but the send button is always yours.

What if a drafted reply gets something wrong?

Then it never leaves the dashboard, that's the point of approval-first. Fix the draft, send your version, and tell us what was off; we adjust the drafting so the correction sticks. Drafts are a head start, not a final word, and the review step exists precisely so a wrong detail costs you ten seconds instead of a public misstep.

Will the replies actually sound like us?

Yes, that's part of setup, not an afterthought. We calibrate the drafting against your existing responses and your preferences: how formal, how warm, how long, what you always mention, what you never say. And because you approve everything, the voice keeps sharpening, every edit you make teaches us what "sounds like you" means.

We're not a hotel, does this still fit?

GuestNet grew up in hospitality, and that's where it's sharpest today: properties, front desks, checkout moments. If your business hosts guests and lives or dies by its reviews, it likely fits. Talk to us about your setup and we'll tell you straight whether it's a match.

What happens if we cancel?

You keep what matters. Your reviews live on your own Google and TripAdvisor profiles, they were always yours, and they stay put. Your guest feedback history can be exported before you go. There's no lock-in by design: we'd rather keep you with results than with friction.

Replies we drafted

Responses drafted the way yours would be, alongside the reviews that prompted them.

“The freeway is close to the hotel and was loud all night long.” 2 stars

Thank you for staying with us and sharing your feedback. Our location off the interstate gives quick access to the city and the airport, which many of our business and weekend travelers value, and we are happy to place you in a room on the quieter side of the building next time. Please mention it at booking. We hope to welcome you back.

“Comfortable room but the breakfast was disappointing.” 3 stars

Thank you for staying with us and for the note on the rooms. Our complimentary breakfast rotates a few daily favorites, and we take guest feedback on the menu seriously. We have shared yours with the kitchen team and hope to host you again.

“Best stay we have had this year. The front desk helped us plan everything.” 5 stars

Thank you so much. We will pass this along to the front desk team; helping guests get the most out of their visit is what they love most. Looking forward to seeing you again.
