Common questions
Do we have to move our files to you?
No. We keep a copy of what we make for you and what you give us to work from. You keep using whatever you use for the rest of the business, and the library is there so the brand never has to be reassembled.
Who can get at it?
The people you name. Access is granted by you, and it can be pulled the day someone leaves, without changing where anything lives.
Is this a backup for the whole business?
No. It is for the brand and web assets we work with. Your accounting, your customer records and the rest of your business files stay where they are and are not something we hold.
What happens if we leave?
You get an export of the library in standard formats along with everything else, the site, the domain, the mailboxes, and you take it with you.
