Newsletters

Email to the people who already said yes: signup on your site, campaigns in your voice, sent from your own domain by the team, to a list that stays yours.

Email to people who asked for it

Social reaches whoever the platform decides to show. A newsletter reaches the people who gave you their address and said yes, and it lands somewhere the platform cannot take away. We run it the way we run your posts and your site: the same voice, the same brand library, the same team, and a list that is yours from the first name on it. .

How it works

Step What happens
Signup on your site A form on your pages, in your design, adds each person to your list the moment they submit it
Welcome and preferences The first email asks what they want to hear about. The preferences page is where consent is set, unchecked until they check it, so the list is made of people who chose to be on it
Lists, tags and segments Subscribers grouped by interest, location or how they signed up, so a campaign can go to some of them or all of them
Campaigns Drafted in your voice from the same brand library as your posts and your site, or written by you, and approved by you before anything sends
Delivery from your domain Sent from your own domain, authenticated, with an unsubscribe link on every send that is honored the moment it is clicked
Reports Sends, opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes for every campaign, written so an owner can read them
A permanent web copy Each campaign gets its own page, so a link to it keeps working long after it was sent and it can be shared beyond the list

For a one-time send

Some sends are not a newsletter: an announcement to a list you already hold, a notice to every customer, an invitation. Hand us the list and the message, and it goes out from your domain the same way. When the send is done, the list is destroyed on our side within a day of the send, and never later than three days after we received it, and you get a certificate that says so. Anyone who unsubscribes is remembered as a one-way code, not an address, so they are never mailed again even after the list is gone.

What stays yours

Rule What it means
Your list Exported in a standard file whenever you ask, and it leaves with you if you go
Your domain Every send is from your own domain, so the sending reputation you build is yours
Your say Nothing sends without your approval, the same rule as everything else we put your name on
Your subscribers Held apart from every other client, never shared, rented or sold; the rules are in the privacy commitment

Common questions

Do we need another tool for this?

No. The signup form sits on your own site and the rest runs on our side. You see the list, the campaigns and the reports; the team does the sending.

Can we write the newsletter ourselves?

Yes. Send the notes or the finished piece and it goes out as written. Or hand over the month and the team drafts it in your voice from what is already happening on your site and your pages, for your approval before it sends.

Who can see our subscribers?

The people you name and the team doing the work. Your list is held apart from every other client and is not shared, rented or sold; what we will and will not do with it is written in the privacy commitment.

What happens to our list if we leave?

You take it. The list exports in a standard file at any time, and when you go it goes with you along with the site, the domain and the mailboxes.

Tell us who you want to keep in touch with.

Say who is on the list today, or that there is no list yet, and we will tell you what it takes to run one from your own domain, including when a newsletter is not the right next step.
