Do you only build on WordPress?
Yes. It is open-source software you own outright, it runs most of the web, and every tool we run for you, from the blog to the store to the security controls, is built for it. That is also what makes the site portable: if you ever leave, you take the whole thing.
We already have a site. Do we start over?
Not necessarily. If your current site is on WordPress and reasonably built, we move it onto our infrastructure as it is. If it is on a site builder or a custom CMS, the Business and Executive plans include a rebuild on WordPress.
Can we edit the site ourselves?
Yes. You have full editing rights in your own WordPress dashboard. Most clients hand changes to our team instead, and that is part of the service, but nothing stops you from making them yourself.
Can the store take payments on our own site?
Yes. Checkout runs on your own site through the payment processor on your account, and every order lands in your WordPress rather than on a marketplace you rent space from.
